Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Desktop Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Tech Desktop Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support tasks, including setting up and maintaining desktop computers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing hardware and software repairs, and providing ongoing support for printers and other peripherals. The role involves direct interaction with the internal team to ensure seamless IT operations and resolve any technical concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining desktop computers, including hardware and software configurations
• Strong expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for a variety of technical issues
• Experience in Computer Repair including diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of Printer Support and troubleshooting common issues
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to assist team members effectively
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus
