We have catered to ~50,000 patients all over India on our app. We have also recently raised a USD 1 Million Seed Round with Marquee Angels and Funds. Pinky Promise has established its first clinic in the prime location of Andheri West, Mumbai.

About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, organised and patient-friendly Care Coordinator in Mumbai to manage front-desk operations at our gynaecology clinic in Andheri West.

This role is crucial in creating a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental experience for patients visiting the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments, reminders, registrations and check-ins
• Handle calls, WhatsApp queries and basic patient coordination
• Maintain patient records, billing and reports accurately
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and diagnostic partners
• Ensure a smooth OPD flow and minimal waiting time
• Handle payments, invoices and basic admin tasks
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area
• Support patients with empathy and confidentiality, especially for sensitive concerns
• Maintain excellent service quality and patient experience

Required Qualities and Skillsets:

• Prior experience as a clinic receptionist / front desk executive/hospital coordinator
• Strong communication skills (Hindi, English and Marathi required)
• Comfortable using basic computer systems like Google Workspace, Excel, WhatsApp and digital tools
• Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented
• A calm, patient-first attitude, especially in a healthcare setting

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a gynaecology clinic / diagnostic centre
• Familiarity with medical terminology or patient workflows OR background in Science/Biology
• Experience handling insurance or lab coordination

Employment Details:

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
