Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and talented Graduate Trainees to join our team in Bengaluru. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience across multiple areas of marketing, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies and campaigns across various channels
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and return on investment
• Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to strengthen marketing initiatives and outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to learning and professional development
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and current industry trends
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or a related area is advantageous
