Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• As an Assistant Manager in the Learning team, you will play a critical role in designing, planning, and delivering learning programs that build capability, support business priorities, and enable a future-ready workforce at EY India. Learning Design & Planning Conduct learning needs assessment in partnership with business and Learning SPOCs Create annual and quarterly learning calendars aligned to strategic priorities Support curriculum design for technical, behavioral, and leadership programs Program & Stakeholder Management Project-manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives (VILTs/ILTs) Coordinate with internal faculty, vendors, and deployment teams Drive participation, track attendance, and manage escalations Operations & Governance Support L&D budgeting and utilization tracking Ensure timely course creation and maintenance on LMS (SuccessFactors) Monitor program effectiveness and support reporting
