The Pricing & Commercial Excellence team at Molex plays a strategic role in creating long-term value by shaping enterprise pricing outcomes through analytics-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration. Operating at a global scale, the team is focused on responsible value creation—optimizing pricing strategies, strengthening portfolio decisions, and enabling customer-centric, data-driven outcomes that support sustainable and profitable growth.
What You Will Do
Support a specific Pricing Operations process, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to defined guidelines
Prepare standard reports and dashboards covering pricing, revenue, margin, inventory, or customer data
Analyze data to identify basic trends, gaps, and exceptions, and escalate findings as needed
Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and automation efforts to improve efficiency and data quality
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
1-3 years’ experience in pricing operation process.
Strong foundational skills in Excel (formulas, PivotTables; Power Query is a plus) and Power BI
Willingness to learn pricing operations processes, systems, and data structures
Ability to work with data carefully, with attention to accuracy and detail
Clear communication skills and comfort working in a process-driven, global environment
What Will Put You Ahead
Familiarity with ERP systems, pricing tools, or BI platforms Power-BI
Project exposure to analytics, operations, finance, or supply chain
