Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer | Desktop Support Engineer L1 for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, addressing technical incidents, and offering prompt and effective customer support. The candidate will also ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions to ensure seamless IT operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving IT hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle user queries professionally and foster positive user experiences.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware configurations, and basic networking concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
