Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Social Impact & Consulting Fellow. The Fellow will engage in supporting the design and execution of developmental strategies, conducting rigorous research and analysis, preparing reports and policy recommendations, and assisting in communication efforts with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include evaluation of governance initiatives, providing operational assistance for political or social impact projects, and contributing to evidence-based decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Key Responsibilties : Systemic studies through advanced tools of AI.

• Social Impact & Micro Immersion Insights: Undertake deep-ground immersion to identify systemic gaps in governance, public governance, agriculture, MSME, healthcare through the day to day mentorship from advanced AI tool structures. Specific mentor will sit through to cater micro analytical understanding to the world of consulting.
• AI-Driven Strategy: Use AI tools to analyze socioeconomic data, generate actionable insights for program strategy (ESG, Health Tech,Primary Health care, BFSI, The list is exclusive ).
• Stakeholder Mapping: Engage with government officials, frontline workers (ASHA/Anganwadi), and private partners to streamline project execution.
• Impact Reporting: Assist in creating high-quality, AI-enhanced presentations with real time data analytics integrated from field , policy briefs, dashboards to communicate impact to internal & external stakeholders.
• Digital Transformation: Assess the situations of frontline workers and turn into digital dashboards and assist in building tech-driven governance tools.

Mentorship: AI Tools You will Learn under guidance of mentors in consulting, you will master a modern fundamentals plus of “Tech-Stack for Impact” through consulting mode.

Tools & Applications Data & Analytics,Python & SQL for large-scale demographic analysis with a hindsight on different sectors such as energy, non-profit working, inter-sectoral work, vertical mergers, business analytics; Power BI/Tableau for real-time monitoring dashboards while analysing large sets of open source data

Generative AI Advanced Prompt Engineering (ChatGPT-4, Claude) for drafting policy briefs and streamlining research.

Research & Synthesis : Gork,Notebook LLM, Gemini AI, Gamma, CGPT, Deepseek, Co pilot, Perplexity AI , Claude, SystemAI, deep-dive policy research, Zotero for institutional knowledge

Operations & Automation Intelligent Automation (RPA) for streamlining government data collection and Motion/Reclaim.ai for managing complex field schedules.

Impact Measurement opact Sense or similar AI-native measurement platforms to close the gap between data collection and funder reporting.

Candidate Mindset: Smart, curious, and “ready to pull up sleeves.” You will work on

• Technical Skills: MS Suite is a must; a basic understanding of Python or Data Visualisation
