Job Title: RCM & Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented RCM & Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and employee onboarding processes. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth candidate experience from offer rollout to successful onboarding, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination (RCM):

• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews
• Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HCM systems
• Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to stakeholders
• Support background verification and pre-employment checks

Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Initiate and track onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, and HR teams for onboarding readiness (assets, access, etc.)
• Conduct onboarding sessions and employee orientation programs
• Ensure smooth Day 1 experience for new employees
• Maintain onboarding trackers and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Experience working with ATS or HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in background verification processes
• Familiarity with HR compliance and documentation
• Exposure to bulk hiring or volume onboarding
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle
