Head – Global Projects Full Time

Role Purpose

Lead and deliver high-impact global strategic initiatives across international markets, including content, partnerships, market expansion, and transformation projects. Act as the single-point owner for execution of cross-border priorities aligned with the company’s global growth vision.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end delivery of strategic global projects across content, platforms, distribution, and partnerships

· Drive international market entry initiatives, including feasibility, execution, and localization

· Lead international content projects such as co-productions, adaptations, and global originals

· Coordinate cross-functional teams across content, legal, finance, technology, and marketing

· Manage global partners, studios, distributors, and stakeholders

· Track project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and ROI

· Present progress, insights, and outcomes to executive leadership and board

Key Skills & Capabilities

· Strong strategic thinking with execution excellence

· Expertise in managing multi-country, multi-stakeholder projects

· Deep understanding of the media & entertainment ecosystem (TV, OTT, digital, studios)

· High cultural sensitivity and global stakeholder management skills

· Strong financial, negotiation, and communication capabilities
