About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Senior Executive to support the planning and execution of content and campaigns across digital platforms. This role will work closely with the Social Media Manager to drive day-to-day operations (BAU), campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Content & Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content delivery
• Ensure timely publishing of content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

📌 Social Media Management (BAU)

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency in brand voice
• Track trends and proactively identify brand-relevant opportunities

📌 Shoot & Production Coordination

• Assist in managing content shoots (reels, interviews, brand videos)
• Coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution and timelines

📌 Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Track key metrics (views, engagement, growth, ER, etc.)
• Highlight insights and support optimization of content strategy

📌 Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Work closely with design, video, and copy teams
• Follow up on deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support the Social Media Manager in overall project execution

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Up-to-date with social media trends and the ability to proactively capture and adapt trends relevant to the brand
• Strong belief in a reel-first approach and willingness to create video content whenever required
• Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and what kind of content performs well
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools and basic reporting

Good to Have

• Experience in handling brand pages or agency background
• Exposure to content shoots and influencer coordination
• Basic understanding of reels/video content trends
• Willingness to participate as the face of reels/videos when required
