About The Role

This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR and Talent Acquisition while supporting the growth of Tecsys’ India operations. As an early-career HR professional, you will contribute to end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, working closely with hiring managers and global teams. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Partner with local hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and support timely follow-up with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers in the applicant tracking system
• Support intern programs and other early-career recruitment initiatives

HR Generalist and Operational Support

• Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation, background checks, and new hire coordination
• Maintain employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
• Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and escalate complex matters to the HRBP team or CHRO as appropriate
• Support HR reporting, trackers, and operational documentation

Experience And Qualifications

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience through internships
• Demonstrated exposure to recruitment processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or in process of obtaining)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfort working with HR systems, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office
• High learning agility, accountability, and a collaborative mindset

This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru.
