Social Media Handler/Conent Writer Full Time NEW

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who is not only well-versed in managing multiple social media platforms but can also communicate effectively with clients to understand their brand voice, campaign goals, and expectations.

This role requires someone who can strategize, create, post, and analyze engaging content while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly social media content plans.
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Regularly communicate with clients to gather requirements, update on campaign performance, and manage feedback.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure timely deliveries.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement across platforms.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Handle paid campaigns, boosting posts, and managing ad budgets (optional but preferred).

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in managing business social media accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle client meetings (online/offline) and manage expectations.
• Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
• Basic knowledge of analytics (Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior agency experience will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic design and video editing tools is a plus.
