Shift Timing: 2:00- 11:00pm, 10:00am – 2:00pm and 5:00- 11:00pm

Job Description

• Manage trial bookings and creation on LMS
• Handle trial approval requests
• Attend trials within assigned time slots
• Provide detailed trial feedback
• Coordinate with students for timely trial attendance and resolve issues
• Follow up with advisors in case of delays or no-shows
• Join meetings on time
• Stay active and responsive during working hours
• Respond promptly to queries on groups
• Maintain and update working sheets regularly

• Responsible and proactive attitude
