Job Title: Assistant Manager – Buyer (Infants)

Experience Required: 6 – 7 Years

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–7+ years of experience in buying or merchandising within kidswear or fashion retail.
• Private label buying experience is mandatory, with the ability to independently select and build product assortments.
• Experience working in an e-commerce or fashion retail environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in retail metrics and business performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with retail planning and merchandising systems.
• Experience in assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and inventory management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Ability to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building compelling product assortments.
