Senior NetSuite Integration Engineer Full Time NEW

Overview:

We’re building productized NetSuite connectors and custom integrations for ecommerce brands. We need a senior engineer who has shipped this kind of work before — not someone who’s read the docs.

What you’ll own:

You’ll architect and build NetSuite integrations end-to-end: connector design, data mappings, sync logic, retry and error handling, and the operator-facing configuration merchants will use themselves. You’ll own integrations from architecture through production, and stay with them as APIs and requirements evolve. You’ll also be the technical voice in scoping calls when a merchant has a non-standard setup.

You should have:

·        5+ years building NetSuite integrations in production. Deep with SuiteTalk REST and SOAP, RESTlets, SuiteScript 2.x, saved searches, and governance unit budgeting. You know why the same integration behaves differently on a OneWorld account.

·        A real grasp of the failure modes: idempotency, partial refunds, multi-location inventory, multi-subsidiary tax, retry-after-throttle, webhook replay, reconciliation when systems disagree.

·        Experience designing connectors that non-engineers can configure and operate — not just one-off scripts.

·        Comfort talking to merchants directly during scoping and troubleshooting. This isn’t a head-down role.

Nice to have:

·        iPaaS platform experience (Celigo integrator.io, Boomi, Workato, or similar) building real integration apps, not just installing templates

·        Prior BFN (“Built for NetSuite”) submission

·        Shopify Admin API and webhook experience

·        Returns, payments, or 3PL integration experience

What this is not

A NetSuite admin role. A “we’ll teach you NetSuite on the job” role. We need someone who can start architecting in week one.
