Job responsibility:

To support to IT Hardware & Software and other IT Hardware of the Location of R&D centre

• Manage IT Assets inventory & Tag IT Assets.
• Hands on Experience IT Help-desk Management tool.
• Manage day to day request of ID creation & modifications in Central Active Directory Server.
• Knowledge of end user backup Solution.
• Installation & troubleshooting of computers Hardware & Software Issues.
• Ensure Patch Management on Computers.
• Support to Video Conferencing, Projector & Display Devices.
• L1 Support to Server & Network Devices.
• Identify and resolve software and system abnormality and hardware malfunctions
• Ensure IT compliance as per IT Policy & Guidelines
• Execute and assist in installation of IT infrastructure and set up across current and new projects
• Maintain tracker of day-to-day IT Activities.
• Vendor Management for hardware, software & faulty parts etc.
