Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of IT & Infrastructure who can design, build, and manage the organization’s IT systems and security framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable infrastructure, implementing strong security controls, and leading IT operations to support a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Design and manage hybrid IT environments (On-Premise + Cloud such as AWS/Azure)
• Ensure high system availability (99.9% uptime) and performance
• Maintain complete hardware and software inventory with lifecycle management

2. Identity & Access Management

• Implement and manage SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and access control systems
• Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes
• Apply “Least Privilege” access across systems

3. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement cybersecurity best practices and frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Manage vulnerability assessments and risk-based patching
• Deploy and manage tools like EDR, SIEM, and DLP
• Ensure data protection through encryption and access controls

4. Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response

• Establish centralized monitoring and logging systems
• Ensure log retention and audit readiness
• Lead incident response planning and execution
• Conduct regular backup and disaster recovery testing

5. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Develop IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Conduct audits and vendor risk assessments

6. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Build and lead a high-performing IT team
• Hire and mentor team members (IT Operations & Security)
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements
• Act as escalation point for critical IT issues

7. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Design and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Conduct tabletop exercises and simulation drills
• Ensure backup integrity and recovery readiness

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, IAM)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools (EDR, SIEM, DLP)
• Familiarity with frameworks like CIS, NIST, ISO 27001
• Strong understanding of network security and system architecture

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

• Strong leadership and team-building capability
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Ability to influence business decisions with technical insights

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
