We’re Hiring | Manager – Financial Reporting & Audit | Mochiko Group | Gurugram

At Mochiko Group, India’s largest sports footwear manufacturer with ~₹1,400 Cr in revenue , we make the shoes worn by the world’s biggest athletic brands — Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Skechers, New Balance, Decathlon, ASICS, Crocs & US Polo.

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Chartered Accountant to own our financial reporting function.

📌 Role: Manager – Financial Reporting & Audit 📍 Location: Gurugram (On-site) 🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — Mandatory 📅 Experience: 3–4 Years | Manufacturing / Big 4 background preferred

What You’ll Own:

✅ Monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements (Ind AS) ✅ Group-level consolidation across Mochiko entities ✅ Lease accounting — Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16 (ROU assets, lease liabilities) ✅ Fixed Asset Register (FAR) — capitalization, depreciation, physical verification ✅ Statutory & internal audit management — primary auditor liaison ✅ Annual budgeting, forecasting & strategic financial planning ✅ Internal controls, CWIP tracking & GL reconciliations

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong Ind AS / IFRS foundation 🔹 Hands-on manufacturing industry accounting experience 🔹 SAP or equivalent ERP proficiency🔹 Ability to work independently under tight reporting deadlines
