StudioK founder residency founded by Amir Khan (MARL Accelerator) and David Lambert (Right Side Capital Management) — bringing together operator experience and institutional venture capital to back the next generation of AI-native B2B founders.

We don’t just fund companies. We build them from scratch — providing the environment, capital, and hands-on support to take a thesis from zero to investor-ready.

ROLE

We’re looking for final-year technical students and recent grads (last 2 years) who want to build a company — not find a job.

If you’ve been quietly building things, obsessing over a problem space, or wondering why a certain industry still runs on spreadsheets — this is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This isn’t an internship. You’ll run a real company-building sprint:

→ Pick a problem from our 2026 RFP tracks

→ Talk to 30–60 real customers in the first 8 weeks

→ Define who you’re building for and why they’ll pay

→ Ship an MVP — weeks, not quarters

→ Get early users, pilots, or revenue

→ Build toward a pre-seed raise

WHO WE WANT TO MEET

You don’t need a startup on your CV. You do need:

• A BSc or BTech (final year or graduated in the last 2 years)
• AI coding and LLM tooling expert is a MUST.
• Genuine curiosity about a specific industry or problem
• Something you’ve built — a project, a tool, a side hustle, an internship where you owned something
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore full-time

Bonus: experience with AI/ML, product thinking, or domain depth in one of the tracks above
