🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager – RCM who goes beyond just managing operations—someone who owns outcomes, drives revenue metrics, and scales teams across multiple accounts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, with strong focus on Payment Posting & Reconciliation
• Design and implement robust reconciliation frameworks for healthcare receivables
• Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments across 835 files, bank statements, and internal systems
• Collaborate with RCM, Finance, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Develop and maintain SOPs, audit documentation, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer guidelines
• Manage banking processes including ACH, EFT, lockbox, and wire transfers
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on performance and trends
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across multiple accounts

✅ Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Payment Posting & Reconciliation)
• Strong expertise in 835/837 files, ERA/EFT workflows
• Proven experience handling multiple RCM accounts and large teams (500–1500 HC)
• Deep understanding of US banking and reconciliation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities

⭐ Preferred

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with healthcare experience
• Experience in automation and process optimization initiatives
