Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations Full Time NEW

What will you do?

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations for the following responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring smooth process flow
• Strongly implementing warehouse policies, SOPs, and recommending process improvements
• Managing manpower, shift planning, and team productivity
• Maintaining SLA (Service Level Agreement) and TAT (Turn Around Time) as per operational requirements
• Monitoring stock inward, stock transfers, inventory audits, and warehouse hygiene
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing shortages, damages, and misshelved products
• Preparing RCA reports for inventory and operational issues
• Coordinating with internal teams for dispatch planning and stock management
• MIS reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ensuring proper compliance with warehouse processes and safety standards

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Good knowledge of WMS software
• Experience in inventory auditing and stock reconciliation
• Understanding of handling perishable goods
• Strong manpower management and leadership skills
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills
• Ability to identify operational risks and provide solutions

Work Experience:

• Relevant experience of 3–5 years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
