Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all IT, software, and digital marketing vendors.

• Manage onboarding and implementation of new software/tools.

• Ensure smooth functioning of existing systems and integrations.

• Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and performance.

• Provide first-level internal support and coordinate issue resolution.

• Maintain basic documentation and user access controls.

• Support digital marketing teams on tracking tools and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field.

• 3–6 years’ experience in IT operations or vendor coordination.

• Basic knowledge of software systems, web technologies, and digital tools.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
