Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in New Delhi. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely availability of materials for manufacturing. The role also involves maintaining inventory levels, processing purchase orders, and building strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and timelines will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and negotiation skills, with experience in supplier evaluation and contract management
• Inventory management, stock control, and materials planning expertise
• Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in using procurement or inventory management software and systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or manufacturing industry is an advantage
