About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to lead social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and brand storytelling for a healthcare and edtech-focused project under Apollo MedSkills.

The ideal candidate should understand both healthcare credibility and edtech conversion, especially for audiences such as 11th/12th students, NEET aspirants, graduates, healthcare learners, doctors, parents, and career-focused students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Create content strategies for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and admissions.
• Plan reels, carousels, student success stories, doctor/expert-led content, course explainers, and campaign creatives.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and performance marketing teams.
• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign outcomes.
• Ensure all content maintains healthcare credibility, educational clarity, and brand trust.
• Monitor trends in healthcare education, NEET, allied health, medical careers, and student learning.
• Manage comments, DMs, inquiries, and social media lead handoffs.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, edtech, medical education, coaching, or skill development is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of student, parent, and healthcare professional audiences.
• Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook campaigns.
• Ability to convert complex medical/education topics into simple, engaging content.
• Strong coordination skills with design, video, content, and ads teams.
• Excellent command over content planning, hooks, captions, trends, and storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NEET, medical courses, healthcare careers, nursing, paramedical, allied health, or doctor-led learning programs.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion/ClickUp, and analytics dashboards.
• Ability to create monthly social media reports and content performance insights.
