- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate technical issues and ensure swift resolutions. Keep users informed with clear, concise, and friendly communication, becoming their trusted guide.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Master the Marrow platform and its evolving features, offering users up-to-date and accurate support. Track, report, and proactively address recurring pain points with data-backed insights.
About Company: Started in 2014, Marrow is India’s largest medical education platform. Over 2 lakh students use Marrow every day to learn about medical concepts and prepare for exams. Marrow is the leading product from Neuroglia Health Private Limited, catering completely to the medical education industry. It is an e-learning product that helps doctors to prepare for their PG examinations through MCQ questions, question banks, test series, and video lectures. It is a B2C product and we generate revenue through online subscriptions.
