Office Location: Bhubaneswar Office and Warehouse/Substore

Position description: Warehouse Lead

Primary Responsibilities

Will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operation for both mobile and non-mobile business.

Will be responsible for E2E inventory management/Stock reconciliation of Circle.

Will be responsible for logistics management (Forward and reverse logistics) thru our logistics partners.

Will be responsible for vendor and internal/external customer management (Warehouse, transporter, courier partner and internal/external customers).

Will be responsible for KPI/warehouse compliance and Circle compliance.

Will be responsible for Physical & process audits.

Will have to take care of Repair & Reuse and scrap management.

Will have to take care of system and process related concerns if any.

Will have to look after cost saving opportunities.

Will have to handle projects decided by Organization.

Additional Responsibilities: Internal and external customer management
