Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Intern to support the growth, conversion, and customer experience for our D2C business. The intern will work closely with the product, marketing, and tech teams to improve website/app journeys, analyze customer behavior, and support product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Support
• Assist in managing website/app experience across the customer journey
• Support product roadmap execution and feature tracking
• Coordinate with design, tech, and marketing teams for ongoing projects
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Monitor funnel performance (traffic → add-to-cart → checkout → purchase)
• Support A/B testing and user behavior analysis
• Identify areas of improvement in PDP, cart, and checkout flows
• Growth & Retention
• Assist in retention and engagement initiatives
• Support CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications
• Analyze customer feedback and engagement trends
• Data & Analytics
• Track and report key KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, and retention
• Work with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Martech & Platform Support
• Support website/app updates on Shopify or similar platforms
• Coordinate integrations with analytics, CRM, and payment tools
• Assist in improving mobile experience and website performance

Key Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in D2C, e-commerce, and product management
• Basic understanding of data analysis and customer funnels
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
• Understanding of digital marketing or performance marketing
• Exposure to startups, e-commerce, or consumer brands
