Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“USI Tax”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through the USI Tax teams.

Deloitte Tax is leading its clients through the tax transformation taking place in the marketplace, offering a broad range of fully integrated tax services by combining technology and tax technical resources to comply with the reporting requirements, uncover insights and deploy smarter approaches for navigating an increasingly complex global environment.

Work You’ll Do

Global Trade Management (GTM) specializes in technology-enabled methods and best practices for global trade programs. These programs help address international and local requirements. We also assist in embedding international trade controls into daily business operations.

Responsibilities: –

• Collaborate with engagement leaders and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for GTM projects
• Help translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration in GTM modules (Trade master data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, and Global Trade Visibility).
• Coordinate with project teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Oracle GTM insights.
• Implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.
• Support in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and engagement teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
• You will contribute to the development and growth of the Oracle GTM practice.

The Team

The Global Trade Advisory (GTA) practice includes Global Trade Management technology specialists, customs brokers, auditors, and trade management professionals. These professionals help importers and exporters achieve worldwide compliance. The GTA practice assists Deloitte Tax in helping it’s clients find efficiencies and advantages in their global supply chain. You will be based in India and support Deloitte Tax

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• University degree (bachelor’s or above) in the below or related areas of studies: engineering /STEM, information management, information systems, computer science, business (international relations, finance).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle GTM project implementation, and have knowledge of the Oracle GTM Solution, in the following domains, Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, and Global Trade Visibility.
• Experience in integrating GTM with Oracle SCM modules and external systems..
• Strong technical skills in Oracle GTM configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud), and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting for data manipulation and reporting is an added skill. Good analytical and modelling skills.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Oracle GTM or Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
• Software aptitude in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
• Experience presenting to leaders/ decision makers
• Knowledge of export regulations including ITAR/EAR
• Demonstrated interest in international trade or international business
• Strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
• Ability to bring ‘out of the box’ insightsaligned to leading practices and differentiated business outcome
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and attention to detailed design.
• Strong team and organizational skills, ability to self-manage time and tasks
• Ability to manage engagement and cross functional team expectations

Work Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune
