Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing – Senior Associate to help scale and optimize high-impact campaigns across digital channels. In this role, you will take ownership of Google Ads performance, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns across relevant digital channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR) while maintaining budget efficiency.
• Conduct regular campaign analysis and performance reporting; identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and recommend next steps.
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests) across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, portfolio bidding, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure messaging consistency and conversion-focused execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong ownership of Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max/Shopping as applicable), including Google Ads Editor, bidding strategies and conversion optimization.
• Strong campaign analysis skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for growth.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting; strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver against timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
