Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative individual to manage and grow our Instagram through engaging content, high-quality reels, and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, posts, stories)
• Create trend based, engaging content aligned with the brand

Reels Creation & Styling

• Conceptualize and shoot aesthetic, high-quality reels
• Style products/scenes with a premium visual appeal

Video Editing

• Edit reels with transitions, hooks, text, and trending audio
• Optimize content for retention and shareability

Instagram Growth (Organic)

• Increase followers using content, trends, and hashtags
• Improve engagement, reach, and overall performance

Engagement & Community

• Respond to comments and DMs
• Actively engage with audience and similar accounts

Performance Tracking

• Track key metrics (growth, engagement, reach)
• Share insights and optimize content strategy

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Instagram/content experience
• Strong understanding of Reels and trends
• Hands-on experience in shooting and editing
• Good aesthetic sense and creativity

Success Metrics

• Follower growth
• Engagement rate
• Reel performance
• Content consistency
