We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer based in Mumbai. Over the last 7 years, we’ve worked with brands like Amazon Prime Music, IMDB, Coexist, Fireball, Buzballz, ARQ by the Leela, Vir Das, NUA, Dot & Key Skincare, Superbottoms and Ugaoo, to name a few. And Recently we got partnered with Collective Artist Network, a well established Talent Management Agency

Years of experience: Minimum 4 Years of experience 

Role Description

1. Strategize, review, and optimize content across various social media platforms.

2. Lead content creation for organic content, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

3. Manage and execute efficient video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage for Reels/Shorts.

4. Oversee the storyboarding and scripting process, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative.

5. Demonstrate proficiency in Meta ads, encompassing expertise in creative best practices, platform best practices, creative referencing, and ad hoc research.

6. Online reputation management.

7. Collaborate with the creative team and oversee copy and design briefs and reviews.

8. Conduct research and compile references focusing on daily hygiene content and Meta ads.

9. Regularly up-skill the team when it comes to their understanding of research and referencing, content creation, and other social media + digital marketing trends through mentorship and knowledge sharing. 

Qualifications

1. Excellent verbal and written communication.

2. Time management and process oriented.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.

4. Thorough understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, and YouTube) and the broader digital marketing landscape.

5. Proficient in developing creative and engaging video content for social media platforms.

6. Seamless teamwork with cross-functional teams, aligning content strategies with business goals.

7. Strong client relationship management for understanding requirements and resolving feedback.

8. Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Work Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel

Working Model: 5 Days working, Monday to Thursday (WFO) and Friday’s are WFH
