Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Scheduler, based in New Delhi. The Patient Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing appointment changes, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring an organized and efficient workflow. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, verifying patient information, and providing a high level of patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating efficiently within healthcare environments
• Proficiency in data entry, maintaining accurate patient records, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient service and professional interactions
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care processes
• Ability to work on-site, manage tasks efficiently, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with healthcare software or scheduling systems is highly desirable
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient-facing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are an advantage
