Desktop Support Executive
Job Title: Desktop Support Executive
Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: SDF Building, 3rd Floor, GP Block, Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
- Assist users with basic IT issues and system-related queries.
- Manage email setup and support for users.
- Maintain records of system issues and resolutions.
- Support basic network and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced technical issues.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT support.
- Working knowledge of:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Email Management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–1 year experience preferred.
