>ROLE OVERVIEW

If you naturally notice hooks, pacing, camera angles, transitions, and why some reels blow up while others don’t this role is for you. This is your opportunity to showcase your own creativity.

We’re looking for someone who can both shoot and edit short-form content built for attention. Not traditional filmmaking. Not slow cinematic edits. We create performance-driven content designed for Instagram, Meta ads, and modern brands.

>RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot vertical content for brands, founders, and UGC ads
• AI videos generation
• Edit fast-paced reels optimised for retention
• Create engaging hooks, captions, pacing, and transitions
• Execute shoots independently or with a small team
• Understand how content performs on social media
• Turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping videos
• Organise footage and manage projects efficiently

>MUST HAVES

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form storytelling
• Good eye for framing, lighting, and movement
• Strong editing sense for pacing and retention
• Skilled in Premiere Pro / DaVinci / CapCut
• Understanding of trends, hooks, and internet-native content
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Someone proactive who brings creative ideas, not just execution
