Role Description

The Transportation Coordinator at Green Worms will oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely service delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching vehicles, managing transport routes, coordinating with customers and drivers, and resolving logistical issues promptly. The candidate will also support operational excellence by maintaining accurate records and optimizing transportation workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Transportation Management to coordinate and optimize transport-related workflows efficiently.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with stakeholders and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Strong Organization and time management skills to handle complex logistics and maintain accurate records.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using transportation management software or related tools.
