Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive Escon’s digital growth through organic search and paid campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for improving search visibility, generating quality leads, managing paid campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting the marketing team with clear, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy, including keyword planning, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and website content updates.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
• Manage GA4, Google Search Console, tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with the external social media/design agency for campaign assets and landing page creatives.
• Create or adapt basic campaign creatives when required, including resizing, simple ad variations, and landing page visual inputs.
• Monitor competitors and identify new content, keyword, and campaign opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required; additional qualifications or certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets and delivering measurable campaign performance.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Wix or similar CMS.
• Basic working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable owning SEO and performance marketing independently.
