Managing calendar arrangements for VP including agendas, mails, travel arrangements and other company logistics Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentation, and other material as required Assist in the special projects and initiatives directed by VP Monitor project timelines and deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks Ensure the VP office is well organized and operates efficiently Assist in organizing company events, meetings and other activities as required Communicate effectively with team members executives, and external partners
