Warehouse Executive – Ahmedabad in Ahmedabad Full Time

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training staff, and managing operational targets
• Develop and implement warehouse systems for product handling, storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to resolve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, quality assurance, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing overtime
• Monitor and control inventory and logistics while overseeing daily warehouse operations
• Review and optimize workflows, staffing, space allocation, and equipment layouts to meet productivity, quality, and service standards
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery, and ensure timely maintenance
• Manage incident reporting and ensure compliance with warehouse policies
• Ensure adherence to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) guidelines and conduct regular safety audits
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations
• Coordinate with local emergency services (ambulance, fire department) and ensure availability of safety kits and PPE
• Collaborate with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and implement loss prevention strategies
• Oversee logistics for transporting goods to customers and company facilities, coordinating with drivers and partners for timely delivery
• Manage and conduct warehouse audits for security and safety compliance
