Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM business strategy and planning.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
• Leverage CRM and Martech tools to drive direct customer engagement and conversions through direct channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS, and RCS.
• Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across existing accounts.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with Data, Digital, Campaign and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with the CX Centre to improve customer experience and conversions.
• Support development, insights generation, digital campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends, dealership practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, in agency handling clients, etc
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving orientation and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong experience in driving cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across diverse functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
