Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator with 3–5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in co-working spaces, commercial buildings, or similar multi-tenant environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network systems, user support, security systems, internet connectivity, and IT operations across the facility to ensure seamless business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity across the facility.
· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for tenants and internal teams.
· Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet uptime and service support.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, access points, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.
· Manage Windows/Mac systems, user accounts, email configurations, and software installations.
· Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
· Provide technical support to employees, tenants, and facility users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Handle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
· Support meeting room AV systems, video conferencing tools, and smart office technologies.
· Monitor IT security systems including firewalls, antivirus, access control, and CCTV integrations.
· Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and system configurations.
· Basic Knowledge on Same HRMS ,software etc
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator in co-working spaces, commercial buildings, managed offices, or facility environments.
· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, Wi-Fi management, and troubleshooting.
· Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, CCTV, biometric systems, and structured cabling.
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and remote support tools.
· Good understanding of IT security practices and backup management.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are an advantage.
· Experience supporting multi-floor or multi-tenant office environments.
· Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring and smart building technologies is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
