We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team in day-today operational activities, recruitment and assist in Trainings & employee engagement activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes, particularly employee lifecycle management.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
- Support ID card generation and issuance for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and joining formalities
- Assist in HR operations tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and file management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes
- Plan and execute training programs & initiatives and assist in employee engagement activities to boost employee morale
- Assist in recruitment and coordination
