Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver strong talent pipelines. Additionally, the role includes assisting in building employer branding strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and closures
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring channels with a structured approach
• Hire actively for Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and Customer Support roles 
• Assess creative portfolios and evaluate role-specific competencies effectively
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for smooth hiring processes
• Maintain hiring trackers, reports, candidate databases, and recruitment documentation with discipline
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and contribute towards employer branding initiatives
• Manage multiple open positions efficiently with ownership and minimal follow-ups
