Role Purpose We are seeking a Lead – Virtual Education to design, implement, and evaluate academic and virtual
learning programs in palliative care. The role involves curriculum development, digital training
delivery, mentorship, academic quality improvement, and clinical capacity building to strengthen
holistic patient care.
Qualification & Experience
MBBS with Certificate Course / Fellowship in Palliative Care
Minimum 2 Years Of Hands-on Experience In Palliative Care
Experience in teaching or training programs preferred
Location – Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and revise academic and virtual training programs
- Design curricula, assessments, and learning materials
- Deliver online and onsite teaching sessions
- Mentor fellowship and certificate course participants
- Lead academic and clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and support documentation standards
- Develop evaluation and feedback systems
- Create clinical manuals and academic resources
- Train internal faculty and support capacity building
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
