Senior Manager – Training Compliance and Documentation Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all training-related documentation in alignment with DGCA and internal standards.
• Ensure version control and archival of training manuals, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with training departments to capture updates and revisions in training content.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
• Draft, review, and finalize OMDs in coordination with Flight Operations and Training teams.
• Ensure OMDs are compliant with DGCA regulations and reflect current operational practices.
• Liaise with the POI and DGCA for submission, feedback, and approval of OMDs.
• Track revisions and maintain a master log of all OMD versions and approvals.
• Prepare and circulate training circulars for pilots, instructors, and training staff.
• Ensure circulars are clear, concise, and aligned with regulatory updates or internal policy changes.
• Maintain a distribution list and ensure timely dissemination of circulars.
• Archive circulars systematically for reference and audit purposes.
• Monitor compliance with DGCA training requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate with DGCA and eGCA platforms for updates, approvals, and correspondence.
• Maintain a compliance tracker for training audits, submissions, and regulatory deadlines.
• Support internal audits and DGCA inspections by providing required documentation and responses.
• Liaise with internal departments (Flight Ops, Training, QA) for documentation and compliance matters.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on documentation status, compliance metrics, and pending actions.
• Travel to DGCA offices as required for coordination and submission of documents.
• Assist in any other duties assigned by senior management related to training documentation and compliance.
• Should have at least 5-7 years of experience in Documentation, Compliance and DGCA Coordination Work.
• Experience and extensive knowledge of DGCA Directorates and Procedures being followed by DGCA officers to process the file and airline documentation and records control systems.
• Should have proven skills in analyzing Flight Operations and Training documents, Pilot Documents and Manuals.

Good To Have

• Experience as an Auditor and excellent knowledge of DGCA requirements and liasoning.
• Excellent Knowledge of DGCA, IOSA Requirements.

Educational Qualification

Should be a Graduate
