• Supply Onboarding:

Drive onboarding of drivers to ensure adequate supply in the city.

• Demand Generation:

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase ride demand and customer acquisition.

• Fulfilment Control:

Monitor and improve ride fulfilment rates, ensuring minimal cancellations and optimal customer experience.

• Daily Escalation Handling:

Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues, including driver/customer escalations.

• City Transactions Growth:

Own overall city performance by driving GMV growth, ride volumes, and operational efficiency.

• Backlog & Commission Recovery:

Track pending collections, ensure timely recovery of commissions, and maintain financial discipline at the city level.
