MahaCPD is the Official Online CPD Platform of the Maharashtra Medical Council led by Wargstech, designed to revolutionize Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) across Maharashtra. Beyond healthcare technology, Wargstech actively works on large-scale government and digital transformation projects involving portals, automation systems, public platforms, compliance systems, and technology-driven citizen services.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Interns who are eager to work on real-world government and technology projects involving client coordination, execution tracking, reporting, operations, and team management.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in managing ongoing government and technology projects by coordinating with internal teams, tracking progress, maintaining timelines, and ensuring smooth execution.

Client Communication & Meetings: Coordinate with clients, government officials, vendors, and stakeholders through meetings, follow-ups, calls, and status updates to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.

Developer & Team Management: Work closely with developers, designers, and operational teams to track tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure project requirements are being implemented properly.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, trackers, and documentation for internal review and client submissions.

Operations & Follow-ups: Manage task tracking, approvals, pending deliverables, and regular follow-ups with different departments to keep projects moving efficiently.

Accounts & Resource Coordination: Support basic operational activities related to project billing, manpower coordination, vendor management, and resource allocation.
