Content & Creative Executive
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative ideation for song campaigns, building strong, culturally relevant concepts from scratch
- Create detailed content references for reels, influencer collaborations, and digital assets
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the artist’s personality, image, and long-term brand value
- Analyze content performance and pivot creative strategies based on what’s working vs. not working
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and internet culture, and adapt them to fit the song organically
- Collaborate closely with the content marketing team for execution, planning, and rollout
- Identify and suggest the right creators/influencers who can amplify campaign ideas effectively
- Build creator briefs and content directions to ensure consistency and impact
- Balance creative storytelling with performance goals (shares, saves, engagement, recall)
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to make songs stand out in a cluttered digital space
- Develop end-to-end campaign narratives (pre-release, launch, post-release) aligned with the artist’s identity for their music launches
- Consistently generate viral-first reel ideas tailored for artist profiles while maintaining authenticity and lead this from ideation to execution
Requirements:
- 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience working with artists, entertainment or brands
- Strong creative mindset
- Able to work independently and drive campaigns and ideas
