Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Surat Area for a Team Lead – E-commerce Marketplace/Marketplace Advertising Manager. The role involves managing and optimizing e-commerce marketplace operations, monitoring product performance, leading the marketplace advertising strategy, and ensuring revenue growth across platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data for actionable insights, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-commerce platform management, Marketplace operations, and Product listing optimization
• Expertise in Marketplace Advertising, Performance tracking, and Campaign optimization skills
• Strong Data Analysis, Reporting, and Decision-making abilities
• Experience in Team Leadership and effective Collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Marketplace-specific dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus
• Experience in the fashion and retail industry is advantageous
