The Admission Officer is responsible for driving student enrollments by managing the entire admission and sales process — from lead generation to closing admissions. The role involves counselling prospective students, travelling for admission drives and marketing activities, and training counsellors to ensure consistent communication and conversion standards across all branches.
This is a performance-driven role requiring strong communication, sales, and leadership skills.
