Job Responsibilities
1. System & Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and operating systems
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, networking, printers, and servers
- Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance
2. ERP Administration & Support
- Provide day-to-day ERP support to users across departments
- Manage ERP user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors for advanced support
- Assist in ERP upgrades, enhancements, testing, and rollout
- Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and workflows
3. Security & Data Management
- Ensure data integrity and security across ERP and connected systems
- Implement access control, backups, antivirus, firewall rules, and patching
- Maintain system logs, audit trails, and database backups
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
4. IT Policies & Compliance
- Assist in implementing and monitoring IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and best practices
- Support vulnerability assessments, security audits, and compliance activities
- Promote IT security awareness and best practices among employees
5. Automation & Process Improvement (Support Role)
- Support implementation of AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation
- Assist in documentation, training, and continuous system improvement initiatives
Key Criteria / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, IT Engineer, or ERP Support Engineer
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, Tally Prime, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong understanding of system administration, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or analytics solutions is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,189.31 – ₹42,232.42 per month
Work Location: In person
